Secret Santa Charity Auction

We have decided to once again do a creative Live"Secret Santa" Charity
 Auction   as well as a ​"Silent Auction" for Smoky Mountain Children's Home" in Seiverville, TN .

This will be a super fun action packed auction sure to bring a great time for all. 

For the LIVE auction, we will be accepting “wrapped” gift donations  of around a $25.00 value from attendees  and local businesses for LIVE auction.

For the "Secret Santa" auction, the “wrapped” gift must have a “clue” sentence or words provided by the donor as to what might possibly be in that gift wrap !!  The auctioneer announcers  will give those “clues” as “bidders” hold up their paddle to bid on the “wrapped” gift.  The winning bidder will unwrap the gift for all to see !!

The "Silent Auction" will "unwrapped"  items donated by attendees, vendors ( advertise your product!) and local businesses laid out on tables for inspection and bidding on.

Don’t miss out on this fun filled LIVE Secret Santa Charity Auction and Silent Auction which will be held at the Attendee Meet & Greet Welcome on
Thursday March 14th at 5:00 TO 6:30 PM
The Silent Auction will begin at 10:00 am and close at 6:30 pm on Thursday.

 Be sure to bring your wrapped item with a “hint clues” to the Registration or Meet & Greet Welcome for auction Thursday March 14th.
